Event Management Services

Starts at $750.00


An Event Manager will contact you and schedule a detailed planning meeting to discuss design, décor, seating, floor plans, etc.  This meeting usually takes about two hours and is preferably held at the event location.


After our meeting we will meet with the site manager and conduct a venue walk through.


We will work as your liaison between you and your vendors.  We'll contact each vendor for introductions and go over the details of the event to ensure all parties are clear as to what their roles are.


On the day of the event, the Event Manager will arrive early to oversee the set up.  We'll be there up to 6 hours for “Day of” coverage, management and coordination.  A "Day of" Assistant will be there to assist as well and can be used as a greeter, help out at the registration table or be a hostess.

If applicable, at the end of the event we'll manage final payments to the vendors and assist with event breakdown.

To reserve this service a non-refundable deposit of one half of the total fee quoted is required to save your date.


Additional consultations, services and/or hours can be added at an additional cost.


Additional “Day of” Assistants and/or Coordinators are required for select venues;

guest count exceeding seventy-five; event complexities; multiple venues used for a single event;

multiple ceremonies/celebrations occurring for a single event.

Additional hours will be required for extensive event set-up.


All costs will be discussed in detail prior to deposit requirement. 

Any add-ons after contracting our services will be discussed and billed accordingly.
