á la Carte service may include client meetings and communications*; preparation of budget analysis; itinerary and timeline development; all venue research, scouting trips and site visits; vendor appointments and communications; contract negotiations and assistance; invitation service (stuffing, sealing and deliver);  RSVP service; custom welcome baskets or gift bags (creation and delivery) and much more.  Contact us for more details.

Initial consultations are complimentary for up to 2 hours.

“Day of” Assistants/Hostesses/Servers - $35.00 an hour/per person/4-hour minimum

 

Wedding/Event Coordinator - starts at $75.00 an hour/8-hour minimum

Wedding/Event Planning - starts at $125.00 an hour/10-hour minimum

Wedding Vision – Starts at $550.00

For individuals who are visually stimulated we'll assist you with the design and decor of your wedding/event

so that you know exactly what to expect on the day of your event.  There are no surprises. 

Before/Beyond the Aisles - Starts at $450.00

Planning Engagement Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Bridal Luncheon and “day after” brunch

Vendor Referral - $150.00 per category (3-4 vendors per category)

 

Venue Research (includes in-depth sites visits and printed report) - $650.00 for up to 4 venues/ $150 each add'l

Event coverage hours exceeding contracted hours will be billed at $150.00 per hour plus any costs

related to overage and is due immediately upon receiving an invoice

 

Travel fees and expenses will apply for selected venues out of 20 mile radius of Manhattan Beach/LAX.

These costs will be discussed and applied accordingly.

 

 

To begin any of these á la Carte services a non-refundable retainer must be met (please call for details).

Hourly services will be tracked in 15 minute increments and a statement of services will be sent to you

throughout the process.  You will be billed for any cost incurred over the initial retainer.
